At 8am on the 27th of June we will set off on the Eurocycle 2009: a 2,000 mile bike ride that will take us from Edinburgh, down the length of Britain, across France, through the Swiss Alps and down into central Italy where our journey will end in Picinisco, a small hilltop village tucked away in the Apennine Mountains.
